Had a delicious lunch today. Pot Roast, okra and stewed tomato. Split an amazing peach cobbler with my husband. Very reasonable, nice, clean and everyone was very friendly.

Sweet little lunch place a block or so from the square. Meat and 2 , or 3 veggie plates. Cornbread or biscuit. Loved my mixed field peas, creamed corn and fried okra. Husband had the green beans (so so) mac & cheese, and the field peas. Didn't have room to try the banana pudding or peach cobbler - hope to next time. We'll be back! Meals under $10 (not counting drinks - we just had ice water). Very nice server. PS - closed Monday, lunch only during the week, and brunch on Saturday as of July 23.

This was such a cute restaurant. I loved the look and style of the interior. It was very clean and kept well. The menu was very simple but SO tasty that we got the same thing we just ate for lunch to-go so we could eat it again later for dinner! We stopped in on a road trip and just happened to find it passing through and I'm so glad we did. Everyone that worked there was so sweet and provided great service.

Good breakfast and great Sunday lunches. It is cool that they are located in one of the buildings that was in the movie "My Cousin Vinny"!!
